Research shows that children with autism spectrum like to interact with AI or bots better than human beings.
This is an intial effort to build a smart buddy equipped with the publically available knowledge regarding autism. This chatbot can be largely deployed and interact with autistic children for them to have better undersanding of autism and how to manage it.
A beauty of the approach is that the 'knowledge' can be expressed in a loosely formated way, like what is shown below. It does not require AI specialists' support. Then it will be transformed into formal knowledge base for chatbot to inteprete. Therefore, it will be much easier to be update and maintain. The testing chatbot is based on the knowledge presented below.Disclaimer: This is purely for testing and user will take full responsiblity in viewing any information or trying any function of this website.
